Are sessions really only online?+
Yes — all tutoring happens over video calls. This means you can book sessions from anywhere in South Africa (or the world) and we don't lose time to travel.
Do you tutor international students?+
Absolutely. Students from anywhere in the world are welcome, and Cambridge IGCSE, O Level, AS & A Level students from international schools make up a meaningful part of my tutoring work. I'm based in South Africa (SAST / UTC+2), which works comfortably for students across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, and much of Southeast Asia. We'll align on a schedule that suits your local time during the free consult. Payment can be arranged internationally via standard bank transfer or digital payment platforms.
What platform do we use?+
Sessions run on whichever platform works best for you — popular options include Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and WhatsApp video. I pair these with a shared digital whiteboard so we can work through problems in real time. I'll send a simple join link before your first session — no software installation required.
Can I book a single session or do I need a package?+
Both options are available. Some students come in for a focused exam push, others book weekly sessions through the year. We'll figure out what fits during the free consult.
I'm a parent — how do I stay in the loop?+
Absolutely happy to keep parents informed. I can send short progress notes after sessions or schedule check-in calls — just let me know what works best for your family.
